Roger Lamb is the visionary Founder and President of Disciples Today, a global non-profit media company that connects the 667 International Churches of Christ in 150 countries. He combines his experience as Preacher, Youth Minister, and Evangelist with 25 years of expertise in media production to help those seeking God.
Gregory Jackson has worked in the financial service industry for nearly 25 years. One of his guiding principles is "stewardship, not salesmanship". For more than the past ten years, he has had his own financial planning practice where he works along side individuals, families and small businesses to help them plan for specific financial goals for themselves and those they care about. In 2007 Gregory completed his Masters of Science in personal financial planning, further aiding him to more professionally and effectively met the financial goals and needs of his clients.
Jim Heese is a proven business executive with a successful track record from entrepreneurial ventures to major multinational companies. Responsible for building and managing organizations in the United States, Africa and Asia for over 20 years that have stood the test of time.
Specialties include team building, brand creation and development, sales management, business set-up, distribution, cross border investments, sourcing, compliance and fulfillment.
Chad Fincher, M.S., MSMK is the owner of Optimal Home Health Care, a Colorado based home health care company with over 300 employees. He has been a member of the ICOC since 1991 and is active in the Denver church of Christ ministry. Chad is a compassionate professional who lends his expertise to the In Motion Counseling ministry. Chad is currently finishing his Masters degree in Theology.
Jennifer Konzen, PsyD, LMFT (#51241), CST, CCDC. Dr. Konzen is the director for the Center for Sexuality in San Diego, CA. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a certified sex therapist, and a certified chemical dependency counselor. Dr. Konzen has been the clinical supervisor for a rehabilitation center and works with couples in recovery. She is also a two-time nationally award-winning sexuality researcher, an international speaker, and an adjunct professor at Alliant International University, Bethel Seminary, and Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego. Dr. Konzen is the author of The Art of Intimate Marriage: A Christian Couple’s Guide to Sexual Intimacy and Redeemed Sexuality: A Guide to Sexuality for Christian Singles, Campus Students, Teens, and Parents. Jennifer and her husband Tim have been married 24 years and have 4 wonderful children. They live in San Diego, where Tim is a deacon in the San Diego church.
